After completing her education in Ukraine and gaining professional experience with international companies in Poland and the United States, she joined Inabia Software & Consulting as an HR Manager. She brings a global perspective and a strong focus on operational excellence and employee support.
In her role, she supports employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, immigration related processes, and day-to-day HR operations. She values collaboration and takes pride in connecting people, resources, and information to help resolve issues efficiently and support a positive employee experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through volleyball and dancing, exploring her creativity through acrylic painting, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter, often enjoying board games together.
